Compacting

Crushing:
The plastic foam crusher breaks the large foam into small pieces of 5-10cm to increase the surface area for subsequent heating and melting.
Melting and plasticizing:
The crushed material enters the EPS pelletizing machine from the inlet and is transported to the heating zone through the screw rotation, and then melted into a viscous fluid, while discharging the residual air and trace moisture.
Extruding:
The melt is extruded through the porous plate of the die head of the styrofoam recycling machine , and the filaments are immediately cooled and solidified in the water-cooled tank.
Cutting:

Storage:
