- According to the plastic crusher manual, punctual and quantitative filling of grease. Usually, the wetting accounts for 70%-80% of the space inside the bearing chamber. Both too much and too little are not good for bearing wetting and heat convection.
- Heat generation due to over-tightening or over-feeding of the bearings should be taken out of the use of the PET bottle crusher. After stopping the plastic bottle shredder, remove the extractor bearing, refurbish the friction area, and subsequently reassemble it as required.
