Woven bag granulation usually includes the following steps:
- Cleaning and crushing: Crush the waste film into small pieces, then wash it to remove the dirt and impurities on the surface.
- Melting: Put the cleaned plastic pieces into the plastic granulators and melt them into plastic granules by heating and squeezing.
- Cooling: The melted plastic is cooled to solidify.
- Sieving: The cooled plastic pellets are sieved to remove impurities and oversized or undersized particles to obtain plastic pellets that meet the requirements.
Through the above steps, used woven bags can be reprocessed into new plastic pellets by plastic granulators. These pellets can be used again to produce new plastic products, realizing the recycling of resources.
