Providing Considerable Customer Service and High-Quality Equipment

A partnership between Shuliy and Kenyan recyclers to promote the local circular economy and plastics recycling industry has resulted in tangible progress.

The recently installed Shuliy granules making machine is a testament to our efforts to reduce plastic waste in the region by converting it into reusable granules. The two-stage plastic pelletizer has the flexibility to meet the demand for recycling a wide range of soft and rigid polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) plastic scrap from multiple sources.

After meeting the customer’s expectations, the Kenyan customer said, “Shuliy’s amazing plant integration plan has resulted in a smoother plastic granule production line and a significant increase in productivity.” Reflecting on the various stages of the collaboration with Shuliy, the client added, “Shuliy put themselves in our shoes and came up with a design that took into account the size, capacity and cost, as well as a 3D preview of the plant that was customized for us. That’s why more than 80% of the plastic recycling equipment in our plant is now from Shuliy.”

Cooperating with Shuliy for Sustainable Recycling and Granules Production

This is the first step for the Kenyan customer with Shuliy Group. The plastics recycler also plans to invest in larger capacity plastics recycling machines, expanding the range of plastic waste and converting more plastic scrap into high-quality recycled pellets with high market value.
