Understanding the operating procedures for a new plastic granulator machine helps to ensure the normal operation of the plastic pelletizer machine, maintain a stable temperature, and improve production efficiency. Here are some precautions.
Plastic granulator machine heats up
Plastic pelletizer machine before starting, the first about forty to fifty minutes to warm up the operation. Raise the temperature to pull the motor triangle belt by hand until it is free, and pull it continuously eight to ten times according to the normal working rotation. Continue to warm up for about ten minutes and then turn on the machine, but keep adding heat.
Keep the temperature stable
In the normal operation of the plastic granulator machine, it is necessary to keep the temperature of the plastic pelletizing recycling machine stable and prevent the temperature from fluctuating. In the vicinity of the air release hole, the temperature of the head part of the plastic pelletizer should be maintained at about 200°C.
Feed evenly
When feeding the material, make sure it is even, and there should be no lack of material. The feeding speed of the plastic granulator machine and the feeding speed should be matched appropriately. Otherwise, it will affect the quality and output of granules.
Plastic pelletizer machine shutdown
When stopping the machine, the main machine of the plastic granulator machine should completely cut off the power supply. The headstock plug (with wrench part) must be taken off and left to warm up separately before the next use.
